Just a few details before we get our adventure started.
Please read the following to ensure a smoother booking process. It also helps to take a look at my FAQ and my rates.

I am Chicago-based but available for FMTY.
At least 1 - 2 weeks advance booking is strongly preferred.
Subscribers & gift-givers get priority replies.
For the fastest response, include all of the following information in your form:
Name, preferred city and neighborhood, preferred duration of appointment, and preferred dates and times.
I require a 10% deposit to confirm our appointment (20% for overnights and FMTY). This is non-negotiable.
A phone number and picture of your ID is required to book.
There is a $500 rush fee for same-day bookings.
I must receive a deposit from you at least 2 hours prior to our appointment in order to confirm.
NOTE: This form is for private appointments only. Established creators and companies may contact me at my email below to book me for shoots or collabs. I am available for G/G collabs and paid B/G shoots only. Please include links to your platforms/socials in your email to ensure a response.
